Order fulfillment process
1. Offer selection and price negotiation
After signing the car import contract, we begin the process of searching for your car. From the many offers available on the market, we select interesting proposals that fall within the scope of your requirements. Offer screening is carried out across all major European listing portals. We also begin the process of sending inquiries to our partners, who receive cars taken in trade-ins by dealerships, as well as vehicles with minor body damage taken over by insurance companies after fender-benders. This allows us to source cars at attractive prices from first owners. Such cars are in very good technical condition, as they were under authorized service up to their last driven kilometer. Before we present you with proposals to choose from, we must verify them. At this stage, we contact the seller to confirm the car's availability and conduct an initial interview regarding the vehicle's technical condition (service and accident history), and also ask the seller for a thorough inspection of the car and information about any damage. Next, we check the car's history and mileage in service databases and negotiate the price at which you can purchase the car.
2. Presentation of verified offers for Client approval, selection of offers for purchase
After selecting interesting offers, we send them for your approval along with a link where you can view them online. If they prove suitable, we send an appraiser to the location to perform a detailed verification of the car on order. Before the inspection, we ask the seller to provide written confirmation of the car's condition and reserve it until the appraiser arrives. This helps validate the offers you have chosen for inspection. The standard price covers inspections for up to two selected offers. Additional verifications and documentation cost 500 EUR. We want the purchased car to meet your expectations. We are available at any time to help obtain additional information and photos, and we try to answer any questions you may have.
3. Vehicle inspection and report
After scheduling the appointment, our employee travels to the location and confirms the actual condition of the car. The vehicle is checked with a paint thickness gauge, then the appraiser takes photos of the car's exterior, structural elements, engine, undercarriage, and any damage. They also photograph the odometer, factory numbers, and the car's documents (e.g., the service book). They also conduct a test drive to check the condition of the suspension, brakes, wheel alignment, and engine performance. They connect a diagnostic computer, check displayed error codes, and inspect engine, clutch, and gearbox components. We cannot look inside the engine, as we do not disassemble the car, which is why we provide a one-month warranty on parts that cannot be verified. Based on the gathered information, the appraiser's opinion, and photographic documentation, we create a vehicle inspection report and issue an opinion on whether any consumable parts will require repair or replacement, and we also prepare an estimated cost for repairing these parts. We verify all obtained information in specialized databases and services, such as the stolen vehicle database and the VIN decoder report with the vehicle's specification. We also ask the authorized service to confirm the entries in the service book. We present the report along with our opinion for your approval, based on it you make the decision to purchase the car. Purchase confirmation consists of approval via email and a transfer of the full amount for the car after positive inspection by the appraiser - directly to the account of the dealership or company selling the ordered vehicle.

4. Handling formalities in the country of origin and transport to Poland
Once you have made the decision to purchase the car, we proceed with handling the formalities in the country of origin. This includes, among other things, deregistering the vehicle and reporting the purchase to the relevant authorities. Additionally, we draw up a very important document, which is the sales contract, and we obtain the export confirmation. All these documents are essential for registering the car after importing it to Poland. Once we have obtained all the necessary documents, we bring the car to the PRESTIGE CAR headquarters in Osiek. Once the car arrives, it is best if the Client inspects it as soon as possible. Upon request, we can deliver the car to your place of residence, but only after completing all the necessary steps for registration.
5. Inspection of the car by the Client
During the inspection, you can compare the report you received with the actual condition of the car. We have no experience with such cases, but if our employee failed to disclose information, e.g., about body damage, you may request that these defects be remedied. If the car differs significantly from the appraiser's report, you may request that another vehicle be imported.

6. Performing additional work
If previously agreed, we take care of replacing consumable parts and fixing any defects in your car. At the Client's request, we perform tasks such as body repair (removing dents, polishing scratches, painting and bodywork repair), windshield replacement, polishing interior plastics, steam cleaning the upholstery, replacing fluids and filters, as well as brake pads and discs, and purchasing and replacing tires. The Client bears the cost of any additional work not included in the previously agreed budget.
7. Client approval, document preparation, and vehicle handover
After all additional work has been completed and the Client has given final approval, we proceed to prepare the car ordered for import for registration. We carry out a technical inspection of the imported car (preferably with the Client present), translate and prepare the documents, complete the excise tax forms, and pay the excise tax. Our price does not include the cost of registration at the Department of Motor Vehicles. After preparing all the necessary documents, the imported car is ready to be handed over to you. After final settlement, we hand over all documents required for registration, service books, manuals, and other documentation. For every car, we purchase a warranty for you covering mechanical parts that could not be verified during the inspection process. The warranty is valid for one month from the date of purchase. You can extend the duration and scope of the warranty for an additional fee. Thanks to our warranty, purchasing a used car from abroad is as safe and comfortable as possible.
8. Client support and liability
We support our Clients in importing a car to the best of our knowledge and good will. We rely on professional verification tools, offer advice, and provide an opinion on every car ordered, however, the decision to purchase is yours. Used cars, just like new ones, carry operational risk. We strive to minimize the potential risks at the time of purchase, but we are unable to eliminate them entirely. We are not the manufacturer of the car and we do not assume responsibility for the wear of consumable parts. Your decision to purchase a car imported on order must be made with this risk in mind.
