01
Establishing Client Preferences
The Purchase Process
Once you contact us, you will be invited to a brief meeting because we want to understand your preferences as thoroughly as possible, discuss the purchase process, and answer any questions. During this meeting, we will also talk about your requirements regarding additional equipment, color, seating capacity, and the options for your dream car. We will determine the relationship between mileage, wear, and price. Based on our automotive expertise, we will aim to present a preliminary budget during the first meeting and discuss the pros and cons of the car you’re interested in. If you’re unsure about the brand and model to choose, we’ll gladly share our experiences and help you select the perfect car for your needs.
02
Confirming the Preliminary Budget
We establish the price range for importing a car
After the initial meeting, we verify the preliminary budget assumptions by searching for several market offers. During this process, we eliminate suspiciously cheap cars (those whose owners likely want to get rid of) and determine the price level for importing a high-quality vehicle. The amount is presented for your consultation to determine whether, in the case of a lower price, you are willing to make concessions regarding quality.
03
Establishing Final Terms and Signing the Service Agreement
We set a realistic project budget
At this stage, we establish a realistic budget that includes the cost of purchasing the car on a custom order, transportation, payment, preparation for registration, and the service fee for importing the vehicle. After confirming the budget and summarizing all mutual arrangements, we prepare a service agreement for purchasing your car. The search process is labor-intensive and costly—each offer is negotiated and verified, and selected cars are physically inspected by an expert. That’s why a written confirmation of your import request is crucial. When signing the agreement, we ask for a deposit of 1,000 PLN, which is not included in your total purchase budget. If no car is purchased, the deposit is non-refundable.
